    Work Experience : 1-3 years

    Key Responsibility - Client Service

    • Demonstrates 'bigger picture' understanding of client's marketing strategy and can communicate how current data insights associate with longer-term strategy objectives
    • Always thinking about how we can better serve clients and grow their business
    • Owns area of expertise and can confidently answer client/team questions
    • Willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to delight the client and deliver excellent service

    Account Management

    • Coordinate deliverables for weekly status reports (projects, due dates, etc
    • Prioritizes & sets expectations on deliverables
    • Grow the client portfolio revenues to reach gross profit goals by thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client's business
    • Multiple channel management as needed (branding,social, affiliate, search, email, web media, etc.)
    • Specific client requests:Competitive analysis, Research, Sample budget, Media analysis

    Campaign Management skills/responsibilities should include:

    • Forecasting & budget allocation,Campaign planning and execution
    • Post campaign analysis & reporting

    Creative skills should include:

    • Design and planning acumen
    • Development
    • Strategy

    COMPETENCIES - Behavioural

    • Well read and up to date about latest in digital marketing
    • Lean, Mean and Hungry
    • Tolerant to a crazy lot of team members
    • Willing to share food during lunch time
    • Not freeload because everyone else will

    QUALIFICATION

    1. MBA or Post graduate diploma (Marketing or Advertising)
    2. Diploma in Marketing and Communications, Diploma in Advertising and Communications.
