    Sales Manager

    Work Experience : 1-3 years

    Key Responsibility - Business development

    • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person
    • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
    • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
    • Gathering market and customer information
    • Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
    • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
    • Advising on forthcoming offering developments and discussing special promotions
    • Creating detailed proposal documents, which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
    • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
    • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
    • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
    • Bottom line- Bring in business and build new relations

    Creative skills should include:

    • Design and planning acumen
    • Spontaneous with Campaign ideas
    • Media planning and demand generation ideas
    • Bottom line- Have a brain wired to give usable Gyan when the client says, "So what do you think we should do on Digital?".

    QUALIFICATION

    1. MBA or Post graduate diploma (Marketing or Advertising)
    2. Diploma in Marketing and Communications, Diploma in Advertising and Communications.
